It is very easy for applying visa to Vietnam now. There are 2 ways to get visa to Vietnam:
1. If you get visa at your country, or a country nearby, South Asia Travel (SAT ) will send visa approval to you by fax, then you will come to Vietnam Embassy (or Consulate ) with the fax and your passport, and pay 25 USD
( it may higher, depends on the Embassy ) for visa fee. You need to send SAT your personal details follow:

SAT need these details in order to send to Vietnam immigration, to ask for a visa approval for you. The Vietnam Embassy needs this approval, before giving an entry visa to you. It takes SAT 4 working days to get the approval. The fee for applying this approval is already included in the price of the tour. So for the visa, SAT will pay for visa approval in Vietnam, and you pay for the visa fee at the Vietnam Embassy. 2. If you get visa on arrival, at the air port, it may be easier to you. You will not have to run to the Embassy . SAT will send visa approval to you by fax, then you can use this visa approval to buy air ticket ( if your air line needs it ) . Before coming to Vietnam, you should prepare 2 photo ( 4 x 6 ) to give to the staff of immigration at the airport which you arrive. The fax of visa approval then is very important. You cannot have visa if you miss the fax. Here you will pay 25 USD to get visa. It takes you about 20 minutes here at the air port. So with getting visa at the air port, you will pay 25 USD ( exactly ) for visa fee. SAT only pays for the visa approval.
